What Event Managers are Saying About Shaun

"We in the University of Delaware Department of English look for ways to highlight the achievements of our alumni, but we had no idea how much we would gain from Shaun Zetlin’s presentation. We were excited to learn of his book, Emotional Fitness: Empower Yourself Emotionally Through Exercise, and we knew immediately that this would not be just another public reading. We connected with the Athletics Department and partnered to create a very special collaborative event, which we held in an Athletics facility. We wanted to make the point that English Majors go on to truly creative and empowering careers—and we were not disappointed. Shaun went above and beyond all expectations, not just talking about or reading from his book but modeling exercises, sharing revealing and moving stories from his own life, and engaging the audience. This was like no other presentation the English Department has co-hosted, but it was very much the kind of event we were looking for. Shaun’s message goes way beyond physical fitness and exercise techniques. He addresses the whole person—mind, heart, and spirit—and that’s exactly what he brings to his presentation: mind, heart, and spirit. It was an amazing evening, and a wonderful example of what it means to truly live a full life. This is the kind of event that can be transformative for all who attend. I recommend enthusiastically that you arrange for Shaun to bring his presentation to your community. He is one of a kind!"

"Consistent with the ethos of his book and his messaging, Shaun's speaking engagement during a professional development day with our faculty, landed as authentic and overwhelmingly genuine. Shaun's willingness to tap into his vulnerabilities, leaves him exposed to an audience that ultimately can empathize with his past experiences and then be inspired by the path he has carved forward as a virtue of them, to inform their teaching and connectivity with their students.

Expertly weaving in his physiological expertise, the audience was gripped by the simplicity of the best way to be seated and proper standing posture, that allows us to eschew nagging pains that plague most adults. Effectively modeling these habits and folding in the way to implement them into the curriculum for their students, Shaun offered countless strategic examples in ways small movements and methodology tinkering have the ability to create large scale, long lasting wins.

Above and beyond the content, Shaun's presentation skills bring a warmth and relatability that is immeasurable, and trumps the lessons he is imparting. He is kind, self-aware and in that, captivating. I would vociferously recommend his work to any group, and believe his presentation is profoundly impactful and needle moving, industry or age group agnostic."

"We had the pleasure of welcoming Shaun Zetlin at our Superintendent's Conference Day as a guest speaker for our Physical Education and Health teachers, focusing on the importance of emotional fitness. His presentation was engaging from start to finish, offering a valuable refresher on anatomy and physiology, while weaving in meaningful insights from his book. Shaun's personal mantras and the principles he lives by truly resonated with our group. In a field that can often feel intimidating for our students - his message underscored the importance of fostering self-belief, emotional well-being and a commitment to physical health. By empowering students in these areas, we help them build resilience and develop the tools they need to persevere through future challenges. We are grateful for his time, passion and the inspiration he shared with us today."

"I had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Shaun Zetlin as the featured speaker for our New England Podcasters Group holiday gathering, and his impact was extraordinary. Shaun brings a rare combination of depth, authenticity, and presence. His work around Emotional Fitness reframes strength in a powerful, human way, reminding us that exercise is a privilege, vulnerability leads to invincibility, effort matters more than outcome, and self-love is foundational to everything we build.

What made Shaun’s session truly special was his ability to create a safe, inclusive space where people felt seen, inspired, and empowered. He didn’t just speak to our community, he connected with us. His message resonated deeply and stayed with us long after the session ended. If you’re looking for a speaker who uplifts, challenges, and inspires with heart, wisdom, and authenticity, I cannot recommend Shaun highly enough."

"I believe movement is medicine – for all things in life! I appreciate any opportunity to help demystify fitness and movement for all humans so that we can all be well, inside and out, deep into our lifetimes. Shaun does a beautiful job of connecting movement with our wellbeing, and sharing personal stories of how this has impacted his own life. With some simple mantras, a few moments to reflect, and tried and true functional movements, one can understand how to utilize exercise to work through the hardest things in life and feel better and better with consistency."
